Belle Tire

I got four new tires. I was promised an hour to hour and a half wait and it was completed within an hour. Price was same as quoted over the phone. Nice waiting room. Definitely a great price for a great tire, and happy with the services I will receive for free because of my tire purchase… Tire rotation,s And free flat repairs, especially

I came into Belle Tire June 18th needing tires immediately (I had a blow out). Stephanie was very helpful explaining the tires that they had in store and explained the benefits of them. She got me in right in. She was a pleasure to work with and I will be returning for all the great benefits that they offer.

Had an appointment at 11:30 to have a new tire put onto a rim (spare tire). Dropped the tire off at 11:00 as we had errands to run. They said they would call when the tire was ready. We finally went back a little after 1:00. We were told they were just finishing up the 11:00 appt and that we would be next. Unfortunately we had another engagement we had to go to, so we had to take the bad tire and leave without the tire being replaced. With it being a Saturday, now we can't do anything until Monday. Will be taking our business elsewhere!

How many 1 star reviews until this place goes out of business? I honestly think these folks are huffing bead sealer in the back...or, maybe they're just.. tired. Too tired... Speaking of tires, I bought 2 brand new tires from this place. Less than 400 miles later, I got a flat and changed it on the side of the road. The tire had no holes or punctures and I never hit anything. The side walls were bubbled and I assume a belt broke inside. The tire whisperer at the front desk insists I drove on it while it was flat, which I didn't. I know this because I went from driving 70 to changing a tire in 10 seconds... flat, but mostly because...I don't huff bead sealer in the back of a 1 star tire shop. When I asked him how he thinks it went flat to begin with he couldn't explain it. It's obviously a defective tire or an installation error, as you can see in pictures. Do remember, there are no holes or punctures. Also, it took them 3 hours to figure out they weren't replacing it. They never took it off the rim and never dunked it to verify there were no holes in it. I will let you guess what they were doing during this time (bead sealer).. Tomorrow, I will be going across the street

Came here on 12/12/2025 because my tire came off the rim while driving after not driving it for a few months. They were so sweet and fixed it right up without even charging me for it. I was out the door in minutes. I really appreciated that especially during the holidays. 1/24/2026 We had a set of tires ordered over the phone from here and set an appointment to have them installed the very next day. They were very accommodating with getting us in fast again when we had to reschedule short notice. We were in somewhat of a time crunch trying to make it to Bloomington and back before the "big winter storm". There was a small issue with two of our lug nuts needing replaced. We had a little bit of a wait for Napa to arrive with the replacement lug nuts but we got out of there in time to get our errand done before the snow started. The wait area was comfy enough and there was free coffee provided. The price was upfront and correct when we checked out. I would use them again .
